All security cameras have been installed and applied with a privacy policy. None of these cameras can monitor guests’ private spaces (e.g., bedrooms, bathrooms or common areas used as sleeping areas).

[Key Security]
Guests are advised to keep the key safe and secure during their stay. In the event of losing the key, guests will be responsible for the emergency key delivery and replacement, incurring a total charge of £150.

[No Animal Policy]
To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, especially those with allergies or aversions to animals. We have a strict no-animal policy in place. Guests found violating this policy by bringing animals onto the premises will be subject to an extra cleaning fee.

[Late Checkout]
Please notify us in advance if you require a late checkout — we’re happy to help if availability allows. Late checkout is charged at £20 per hour, and must not go beyond 2:00 PM. Any unauthorised late checkout may result in an additional penalty of up to £100 to cover disruption to our cleaning schedule and potential impact on incoming guests.
