Extra Fee for EV Charging
Guests will be charged an extra fee of £45 per stay for charging electric vehicles during their stay. Guests must inform the host before arrival if they plan to use the EV charger, which will be made available upon arrival.

Guest is advised to use the lockbox to store the key when leaving the property during their stay to ensure it is kept safe and secure. In the event of losing the key, guests will be responsible for the emergency key delivery and replacement, incurring a total charge of £200.
