This cosy detached house is split over two floors: the ground floor has a cosy lounge with 50 inches smart TV and two sets of sofas to relax and entertain; it also has a fully quitted kitchen-dinner on the other side, with an extendable dining table for up six guests to enjoy delicious meals. On the first floor, there are two good-sized bedrooms quitted with a kingsize bed and a double bed, as well as a large sofa bed in the lounge so that everyone can rest well! In addition, a full-size modern family bathroom with a walk-in shower on each floor is available to all guests.

The outdoor garden at the back has been designed with love and care with various flowers and plants, offering calmness and privacy to all guests during their stay.

[Security Cameras Disclosed]
For safety measures, three security cameras have been installed at the property: one facing the front porch looking onto the street, one facing the back garden, and one outside the garage looking onto the driveway. All security cameras have been installed and applied with a privacy policy. None of these cameras can monitor guests’ private spaces (e.g., bedrooms, bathrooms or common areas used as sleeping areas).

[Key Security]
Guests are advised to keep the key safe and secure during their stay. In the event of losing the key, guests will be responsible for the emergency key delivery and replacement, incurring a total charge of £150.

[No Animal Policy]
To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, especially those with allergies or aversions to animals. We have a strict no-animal policy in place. Guests found violating this policy by bringing animals onto the premises will be subject to an extra cleaning fee.

[Late Checkout]
Please notify us in advance if you require a late checkout — we’re happy to help if availability allows. Late checkout is charged at £20 per hour, and must not go beyond 2:00 PM. Any unauthorised late checkout may result in an additional penalty of up to £100 to cover disruption to our cleaning schedule and potential impact on incoming guests.
