The apartment has one king-size bedroom with en-suite facilities and a twin bedroom with two single beds. In addition, there’s a large family-size bathroom to share. The sofa in the living room could pull out to become a kingsize sofa bed to sleep 2 guests comfortably.
A fully open bifold glass door from the living room opens to a large outdoor terrace with outdoor furniture. Guests can enjoy this wonderful terrace with a drink or two! (P.S. Guests are allowed to smoke on the terrace).
Free WiFi, towels, a hairdryer, an adaptor plug, ironing facilities, toiletries, bed linen, tea & coffee, etc., are provided for all guests.

Other things to note
– Strictly NO Party; please keep your party out of the property as Manchester has plenty of clubs and bars to go to!
– Guests will be asked to keep noise minimal after 10 PM when enjoying themselves on the terrace. Noise from the terrace can be heard very clearly due to the building’s U-shape design. After all, this is a residential building; please respect my neighbours.
