[Key Security]
Guests are advised to keep the key safe and secure during their stay. In the event of losing the key, guests will be responsible for the emergency key delivery and replacement, incurring a total charge of £250+VAT.

[No Smoking]
Smoking is not allowed inside this apartment, including the use of tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc. Guests found violating this rule by smoking inside the apartment will be subject to a £50 extra cleaning fee.

[No Animal Policy]
To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, especially those with allergies or aversions to animals. We have a strict no-animal policy in place. Guests found violating this policy by bringing animals onto the premises will be subject to an extra cleaning fee.

[Late Checkout]
Please notify us in advance if you require a late checkout — we’re happy to help if availability allows. Late checkout is charged at £30 per hour, and must not go beyond 2:00 PM. Any unauthorised late checkout may result in an additional penalty of up to £150 to cover disruption to our cleaning schedule and potential impact on incoming guests.
