Key Security
Please keep the key safe during your stay. Lost keys require emergency delivery and replacement, totalling £200.

No Smoking
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the apartment. A £50 cleaning fee applies if this rule is broken.

No Animals
To protect guests with allergies, animals are not permitted. An extra cleaning fee will be charged if this rule is ignored.

Late Checkout
If you need a late checkout, let us know and we’ll help where possible. It’s £30 per hour up to 2pm. Unauthorised late checkouts may incur a penalty of up to £150 due to schedule disruption.
