Smoking is not allowed inside this apartment, including the use of tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc. Guests found violating this rule by smoking inside the apartment will be subject to a £50 extra cleaning fee.

[Strictly NO Parties or Events]
If any signs of partying at the apartment are found, or if we receive any complaints from the neighbours or local authorities, this will lead to immediate eviction without a refund. No additional guests are allowed without prior permission before booking.

[Noise]
To be considerate of our neighbours, we request that guests observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM and refrain from playing loud music during their stay. For late-night access to the building/apartment, please KEEP QUIET when entering the communal areas (lift, corridor, building entrance).

[Damage]
Guests are expected to report any breakage or damage to the property or facilities immediately. Guests are held responsible for any incurred breakage or damage, missing items, or unforeseen cleaning expenses.
